Ute has shared her famous Pumpkin
Crisp recipe she introduced at the 2007
Retreat!
Pumpkin Crisp
2-14oz cans of pumpkin
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ginger
mix all the ingredients together and
put into a greased 9x13" pan/dish
sprinkle 1 yellow cake mix (dry!) over
the top
put chopped pecan or walnuts or both
on top
drizzle with 3/4 cup melted butter
bake 1 hour at 350.
